This Week’s Translation

喫茶ポアロにいたボクと蘭姉ちゃん、園子姉ちゃん、世良の姉ちゃんは猟奇殺人犯逮捕のニュースの話をしてたら、梓さんはその犯人の顔を「どこかで見たような… 見なかったような…」って言うんだ。
そのあとボクと梓さんで調味料の買い出しに行ったんだけど、怪しい人達につけられてる事に気付いたボク達は、ポアロにいる安室さんに迎えに来てってお願いしたんだ!
でも道路の向かい側にポアロがある場所でバスが来て…。

梓さんが目を覚ますと、ボクとどこかの部屋に閉じ込められていて…!?

I was at Poirot with Ran, Sonoko and Sera. As they talked about a bizarre murder case concluding in the culprit’s arrest, Azusa thought she saw that person’s face somewhere.

Afterwards, Azusa and I went to buy some seasoning but we noticed we were being tailed by a suspicious group of people, so we had Amuro come and meet us! But as we were going to cross the street, a bus came.

When Azusa came to, she found that we were trapped in a room!

Back with another canon episode. At first, I thought this was another anime original. We had an episode with Sonoko last week where she got caught up in an incident with Conan. Thought it was just Azusa turn as she doesn’t get that much screen time.

I think this might be the first time Sera has had a conversation with Rei. Kinda nice to see them interact and for Sera to have some suspicions here and there.

That was the quickest kidnapping I’ve ever seen in DetCo. It was like a magic trick. The old lady couldn’t be bothered to call the cops after what she saw and heard. Sounded like a kidnapping to me but alrighty then.

Sonoko didn’t make the brightest move. I get it is a stressful situation but perhaps don’t let the kidnappers know that the darn thing still works. They probably could have tracked them with the spare glasses at Agasa’s. Now that I think about it, the badges are perfect for the kids to have with them at all times given all the stuff they get into.

I’m guessing Azusa saw Keisuke’s screen somehow. Maybe a glass or the framed picture behind the customer gave her a good vantage point. Didn’t expect her to be into video games. Quite the coincidence someone working on a game guide or something is at Poirot.

Also, where the heck did they come from for Azusa not to notice that they were right next to her. It’d be interesting if there’s a trap door. Surely when Conan wakes up (if he’s actually been out since they’ve been there) they can find a way out.
